Not a dig at this branch specifically, but this bank is top two of the worst banks I have ever done business with. They have closed down whole accounts of mine with no rhyme or reason, and without any notification.. Multiple times!! I was told I needed to verify my address today, but due to me not providing this information (even though I was never notified and also have both an existing/active Checking AND Savings account with this terrible bank) they closed my account and removed the money that was in it. Again without notification. Being I had no clue of this taking place, I had to call customer service to be told to go to a physical branch, just to have them call someone (while physically at the branch) to find the money of mine that was inside of an account that they randomly closed and could not be located now, just to have them call someone and have me wait 15 minutes for them tell me that they took the money out of my account because I failed to verify my address. They then proceeded to mail a paper check to the same address already on my account that is associated with my existing accounts. The same address they cannot seem to verify but are for some reason comfortable enough to issue a check to this same address. Oddly enough neither of my existing accounts have this same issue and are in good standing. It does not make any sense and is truly ridiculous. The cherry on the cake to all of this, is that they do not even care of feel any sense of obligation to rectify THEIR clear blunder meanwhile I am just completely left without access to MY own $500 that I thought was securely in my account. KeyBank is trash... If you have literally any other option, besides Wells Fargo that is they are garbage too, please go there instead. Seriously.

Staff there need to speak up. Not talking loud enough for a 30 year old to hear while bank is empty is bad. Please have your staff speak up more.

Lost $6,000 of my funds through a miswritten wire transfer and is making no effort to return the funds to me. Complaints filed with Fedeal agencies and civilcase to follow.
