Sylvie was attentive, gracious and when she didn’t have the answer, she found one. I was very unclear (to say the least) regarding some of the bank’s phone app features. After she enlisted the help of a knowledgeable coworker, my remote deposit techno-angst was replaced by confident appreciation. This bank’s commitment to excellent customer service is obvious. Thank you!
