I can’t stand this location, I won’t be going in again even though it’s closer to me, I’ll make the extra trek to the one on Madison.
The staff here takes a very long time to get the most basic withdrawal done, ask too many personal questions in an effort to make small talk, it’s annoying and uncomfortable. I can’t get out in less than 15 minutes.
This morning I went in at 9:15, the doors were locked because they were having a staff meeting and the vibe immediately seemed off as who I assume is a manager opened the door and the staff dispersed. I apologized for interrupting, was met with a pause of silent and then a what can we do to help you. I said I would like to do a withdrawal but do not have my wallet on me. When I went to the stand I was asked for my id, the manager (small Latino guy) came back over because I did not have my id. I have the app open, a photo of my id, my SSN, this has never been a problem at any bank I have banked with including chase and Bank of America where I also hold accounts. They rudely refused to confirm my identity and told me I would need to drive home and get my physical ID card or bank card and when I explained how this should be easily verified they told me I was asking the same question he told me his answer wouldn’t change. He seemed to revel in that power position of denying help or offering any understanding. I am 9 months pregnant and made a simple mistake leaving my wallet in a coat. Complete jerk.
I drove over to the branch in Madison and was able to be verified with a text message and supplying my information, they didn’t even require me showing my ID! They were quick, sweet and wonderful to work with.

I try to go to the teller Rahel because she is so on top of things, efficient, and knows right what to do and where to go to do it. Rahel is so pleasant and always knows what she is doing. I would give her 5 stars.
That said, other workers sitting in their cubbies and the manager have made silly mistakes or slacked off in/delayed doing what they were saying they were going to do and I wait for weeks for the manager to get done what he said he was going to do. Or I waste my time phoning the bank for them to correct their mistake and deposit the $ in the correct account number that I wrote down for them. Other times the mistake on my statement is blamed on a "systems error"

It took me three times to get my bank cards. Otherwise they are pretty good.
Also walked by the bank tonight Friday May 12th, 2023 at 10:42 PM. Seen someone in there that wasnt dressed in key bank uniform or anything. I don't know if that's okay. Hopefully we dont see anything on news tomorrow.very unprofessional service,had a gentleman laugh at me. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
