- LELita EJan 29, 20221.0I just wanted simple checking and savings accounts with a debit card and no checks. Initial set up took over an hour and the employee asked me a ton of financial and personal questions that were clearly being used to try to sell me other bank products. After the hour, I had accounts and was told that I'd be mailed a debit card. I received paper checks in the mail. I called and asked where the debit card was and was told it was on the way. Two weeks and at least six phone calls (from the bank to me, asking if I'd received the card) later, no debit card had even been mailed. The employee that kept calling me daily even left a voicemail where it reordered her complaining to another employee that I wasn't picking up. Uhhhhh, I have a job and don't need a bank to call me every single day? No apology for not sending a card. Will never ever use Key Bank again.
