This is directed to the Madison branch in Seattle Washington. I can easily say that my experience at this bank makes me want to get an account anywere else. Any bank would help a person. I lost my debit card I have my online banking to show proof cause no id. And the manager at the bank today tells me I can't get 20 dollars out. For 15 years I've had income come into key bank 5 to 7000 dollars a month straight and im asking 20dollars cause i lost my wallet. Thanks alot makes a costu mer feel welcome. So also like to say that I've been to two other key banks in the last few days tell my debit card comes. Those two banks were just like I thought it should be like that Madison branch seriously wanted to make me cry. These other two branches said no problem the li dollars in so sorry you lost your wallet. That made me happy. My friends and my family know about my experience at that Madison branch and even thou a lot of us live close never ever will a lot of us step foot in that keybank branch never. That blond rude manager needs to figure out who she's mad at cause it's not me she could do what the policies that are set when a customer loses there wallet after using key bank for 15 years and respect a customer's dilemma. I will finish this review by saying I have never made a complaint to anyone literally. This has been my first experience, where I really felt like a low person of society. I really felt disrespected and have been telling myself why'ed she do that to me.. All I can say is maybe somebody should ask her. For some reason, I just came across this post and wanted to say that that day was so messed up that I think about it alot. I literally won't step foot in that madison keybank because of that blond manager lady. I have been having to go out of my way to the next closest keybank, and they have been wonderful to me the same, so I guess that horrible lady was one of a kind.
