I just called to obtain a mortgage statement for my CPA. Michael answered immediately. No wait time; refreshing! I gave him my name, collateral, address, phone number, loan number, favorite color, blood type, etc. He said he would see what he could do about that statement and the call dropped. I called back and got an automated system apologizing for the wait time ahead. Gabriella answered fairly quickly and was eager to help. She says she will send my statement in one of those secure message where you just have to solve Archimedes' Stomachion and outsmart Vizzini in a battle of wits to access your documents. Only what she sends is not what I asked her for and she is at an unattended email. In my 3rd call, I speak to Sabrina who is super friendly and also eager to help. She knows she is the 3rd person I've spoken to and she is up for the challenge. I now have my loan number memorized and I am full of hope! The statement comes in seconds, it's easy to open, and I can reply to Sabrina in gratitude. It may take as many people to get you a single statement copy as it takes licks to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop but hang in there, they'll get it to you!

Do NOT use this bank for any type of loan...... customer service sucks..... they ask you for documentation that you provide..... and then they send demanding letters over and over asking for the same insurance info you already sent. Pretty frustrating.
