  I opened this bank account years ago and was explicitly told by your banker that the minimum balance requirement was $1,500. I followed that instruction precisely. What was not disclosed to me was that an external wire transfer would incur a $10 fee, which reduced my balance to $1,490. Thereby pushing me below the minimum threshold. As a result, I was charged an additional fee. At no point did I receive any notification, neither by email nor by mail, regarding this situation. Had your banker properly advised me, I would have simply deposited $1,510 to account for the transfer fee and avoided this entirely. To omit this information is, at best, negligent and, at worst, deceptive. I entrusted $1,500 with your bank for years, receiving no interest in return, only to be penalized with an unfair $75 fee. I expect this money to be fully refunded. Retaining funds that do not rightfully belong to the bank is unacceptable.
