However, the team at north gate was amazing, completely changed my opinion. Azadeh, Danielle and the assistant branch manager have amazing customer service. Even though I was not an account holder they were welcoming and more than willing to help. There were issues with the check I was trying to cash, so multiple phone calls had to be made. They all teamed up to help me get the matter resolved, and in the end, I was able to cash my check. As I was about to leave, I turned around and open new accounts with my new bank. Cannot recommend enough.
