Perla was very knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel like a welcomed and valuable customer. Great customer service is becoming more rare to find so this was very refreshing. It's interactions like these that will keep me with your bank for years to come.

They are deceiving about what they have to offer as a bank, service use to be better but now you get misinformation and mislead about the services they have. I was out of the country when they blocked my access to my account and deleted my security questions due to system improvements so I had to fly back to get it fixed. I was treated horribly when I went to the bank and was advised by the branch manager that I could change banks. After being with them for 30 years I told her I will and I already have a lawyer on it because of what they put me through.
