    Mark Evans: You are AMAZING. Mark worked so fast on our loan inquires and pulled over time hours to get it done. I sent in paperwork at 1600 on a Friday and received approval THAT next Monday. When things fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, he still came through with other options and ultimately got us where we needed to be. I have never, EVER worked with someone at a bank that I truly trust and will go back to him for everything in the future. Including a mortgage when we plan to sell our current home. Thank you Mark!!

    I worked with Mark Evans to set up a new money market account. Mark was fantastic. He was very responsive and clearly communicated the pro's and con's of each account. After I made my selection, he executed next steps within the hour. I highly recommend him.

    Been with Umpqua for 5 years and love everything about this bank!....EXCEPT tech is TERRIBLE. The online banking for personal is not bad in the interface but glitchy. The business banking is a whole separate app and online banking so I can't just have it all in one place and the business banking app and online is one of the worst interfaces, pretty much unusable. As of this writing my personal online banking and app just tells me there are no accounts available for viewing when I log in, so I'm forced to use the unintuitive business app (which does show me my private accounts, just the personal app that is more intuitive- when it works- won't show me my business account), and the business app doesn't tell me where any of the transactions came from. Any money spent shows up as a "miscellaneous debit' or an 'atm debit' no matter what. So I have no idea where I spent that money. Again, the community focus of this bank is wonderful. The people are great. The general vibe and heart of the bank are what has kept me there for this long. But sadly it is time for me to change banks, I just need to be able to access my accounts and not be one the phone or in the branch all the time trying to troubleshoot the tech.
