- TOTravis OverlyJan 2, 20261.0I just went in here to cash a payroll check and I don't have an account there but I always cash my payroll checks there because that where the company I work for banks at. The lady that helped me was totally rude and was like slamming the money down like it was an inconvenience to her for me to cash my check. Poor customer service.

- RRRyan RobinsonOct 9, 20221.0Banner Bank only wanted their money from me. Once my building loan was closed there was no help from the loan office or other departments. I had emailed and called several times over the last couple months and have yet to get a return call or email. DO NOT get a building loan thru them. Especially if your are a person building your own home. They expect you to carry the burden of the cost they want to spoon feed you money to pay off the cost. When you ask for help or to reconfigure some things to make it work for you there is a Well there is nothing we can do. They should get zero stars from me.
