I wanted to open an account but was asked to get it done at a different branch as they were not clear on the policy. Another branch was able to open it for me, no questions asked.

I have most of my personal and all of my business accounts with Key. Any time I've had a problem; lost debit card, bank fees i didn't agree with, emergency loan they were always there to help promptly.
