- MRMatt RamseyDec 5, 20251.0Terrible service. Took over a week to get a response that should take a day. Instead of finishing time sensitive business - partying was more important. Entire upper staff went on a "retreat" and left no one with authority in the bank, for over a week. Then to make things worse - they denied our loan that will be a slam dunk anywhere else. They must not be hurting for money - what a joke.
