  I have been banking with Banner for 20+ years, I stoped at the Richland branch since its closest to my current home. Trying to deposit a check from a known source the branch manager put a hold on my check because I wasn't a regular at her branch. I stepped in to talk to her, and she didn't even get up to greet me. She said she had paperwork to do and I needed to make it quick. I complained about the hold saying I have never experienced a hold before. She said it was up to her discretion to put a hold on a check and since I normally banked on Clearwater she was going hold it. She was short fused, quick to snap and just plane rude. I called customer serive to voice my concerns, and I was told complaints have been filed on her before. Then went back inside the branch to ask for my check back which they wouldn't give to me and very sweet girl behind the counter quietly slipped me the branch managers number from Clearwater and told me to call her, since she was "my branch manager". i talked to jasmine a very kind and understanding lady who said that the richland manager should have called her she seemed very confused by the whole deal and released my check.. overall the richland branch manager was rude, harsh and cold. Dont use the richland branch go to Clearwater.

  I won't give names, but she couldn't count. She was so busy talking to everyone. She got all the checks out of order, and then told me loudly that I was off 500.00. Then was finding more checks. I finally told her to give my money back. At home again I recounted, and it was right on. Now I have to go in again.

  If I have help from a person there, it goes great. BUT their ATM machine ALWAYS seems to have issues.

  The staff is friendly and it's nice that you are familiar to them. I get all my questions answered and rapidly. One time I was told they did not have an answer and they would call me back later in the day. I really did not expect a call back and anticipated I would need to revisit them tomorrow. BUT I did get a call back. I was pleasantly surprised.
