    I had an outstanding experience opening an account here. Other banks were difficult and slow, but Wells Fargo made it simple, I was able to get everything set up the same day. The banker who helped me (I believe her name was CJ) went above and beyond to make the process smooth, clear, and stress free. Their kindness and efficiency honestly made all the difference for me in a tough situation, probably the reason I’m not homeless right now. I can’t thank them enough for the help and professionalism. This is the kind of service that turns a stressful life event into relief and stability. Five stars without hesitation.

    I really don’t want to be Wells Fargo ‘s customer. Their website sucks. I cannot even set up my auto pay there.

    I drove 20 mins each way to come here since it's listed as being a full bank - I arrived and it's ATM only with two employees standing there and unable to help. Total waste of my time. UPDATE: in response to WFB's request to follow up by email - no. I am not an employee and am not wasting more of my personal time contacting someone on how to run a billion dollar business. Change the google listing so it doesnt show it as a full branch and accurately represents it as ATM only.

    No customer service whatsoever. There are only two machines there. The lady comes out to ask if she can help but you ask for help; there is nothing she can do but tell you that you have to go where there is a customer service representative; excuse me, what? Clearly only the two machines can help. I needed to talk to a person not a machine! People was there eating pizza very unprofessional I got confused where I was. My teens work and gather their money then they like to deposit them at once. Well staying there for good 10 minutes trying to put those bills through the machine was hell; the employees there are just there to say hi. I will drive farther now to get good customer service maybe close my account. So sad
