- JJJapnandiAug 14, 20253.0Not recommended for those wiring funds to African banks. The branch won't consider taking risks to protect itself from scrutiny deeming wiring a loved ones 200% fraud. No customer diligence to inquire if one is a millionaire who can and let the bank afford to take such risks. It refuses to open an account for such customer and risk-avoids by recommending impersonal online application. Now I have written review to help potential customers and Wells Fargo. What I would expect from a company that is serious is to tell customers that it wants to "learn" from them. My analysis as a consultant is that WF maybe suffering from an oppressive vertical culture creating a cut-throat work environment where middle managers become self-centered and customer diligence, knowing your customers and their BI are ignored re sulting in erosion of loyalty. Just from today's brief observation.

Originally appointment was scheduled for this work only but during meeting with banker several other queries and issues resolved. I would really appreciate banker Yasika Solanki for her thorough knowledge and customer support and resolving issues in no time. I would definitely recommend wells fargo and this branch and Yasika for all your banking needs.

- JKJustin KubatJun 24, 20251.0Terrible Customer Service From The Manager❕❕❕ All he had to say when I brought up my dissatisfaction with customer service he replied “I’ve been here for like 15 years!” Can’t even cash a check at this location.. second time this location let me down and triggered my anxiety before leaving. Wells Fargo isn’t special... I HIGHLY SUGGEST FINDING A DIFFERENT BANK (or at least goto a different location)‼️
