It all began when my tax lawyer removed money from the wrong acct. at Bofa. So I went to Key and got a cashier's check for a large amount and took it to Bofa who refused to cash it, accusing me of basically being a crook. I went back to Key at Overlake and got the most terrific, thoughtful and immediate help with a real solution from Lakshmi, who wired the money to Bofa. And thanks Cindy who plied me with candy when I was so upset!! That is real customer service of the highest order!!
