    Happy One year anniversary Cindy Valdez, the wonderful kind and gracious teller at Key Overlake, who helped me see to it that my IRS taxes were timely paid. It all began when my tax lawyer removed money from the wrong acct. at Bofa. So I went to Key and got a cashier's check for a large amount and took it to Bofa who refused to cash it, accusing me of basically being a crook. I went back to Key at Overlake and got the most terrific, thoughtful and immediate help with a real solution from Lakshmi, who wired the money to Bofa. And thanks Cindy who plied me with candy when I was so upset!! That is real customer service of the highest order!!

    The first time I walked into the bank I met with Suda who spoke with me briefly and said come back with XY and z paperwork. I did so a week later I walk in and she remembers my first and last name which is not an easy task. I was so impressed with that 2 years later the customer service is as good or better now knowing all of the employees there they all have such strong work ethics and work so well as a team together just really a great Bank. For anybody even likes to feel like they're being heard and that their matters are being taken care of which I think is all of us this would be the bank for you you key Bank in Redmond on 151st it rocks!

    If -100star was available totally would do that.. so sad this key bank branch customers service. they "the ladys" are so rude and very judgmental. They question were you work what you do and when they check your account depending on the amount you have they finish your transaction rude or nice I will never bring my business to this branch I felt very much offended. When I open my account I had some savings. And obviously I use the money it will not always be the same and this lady's treatment is so unacceptable.
