They only care about their smoke breaks and getting cars towed away that have been there for 4 minutes too long. They are old rude ladies that would steal from right under your nose if you let them. If you have to do any business here, I hope it’s to shut it down.

My car was parked in the parking lot and I had to run to my apartment (literally across the street) to grab some paperwork for opening a bank account. THEY TOWED MY CAR AWAY so now I owe $400 to their company!! I am in no position to pay this and I refuse to open an account with them. These people are terrible and completely lack empathy whatsoever for the lower class. Do Not Enter!
- BSBrian SzuterMay 31, 20191.0Terrible. Columbia Bank bought the servicing of my loan, and then made me jump through hoops in order to make a payment. They wouldn't let me log in to online banking, unlike what the "welcome" letter said (even the day before the payment was due). They demanded we mail in (like with a "stamp") some dinosaur "coupon" with the first payment. They also wouldn't accept payment until a few days before it was due. I'll never voluntarily do business with them again.
