  Es pésimo su banco para una persona que viene de contratada a trabajar, largas filas para poder cobrar los pagos de la tarjeta , siempre hay muy poco personal atendiendo en las ventanillas y siempre que llegamos todos los trabajadores siempre uno se tiene que salir para no atendernos lo que hace más difícil hacer el cobro , los cajeros pésimo solo te dan una pequeña parte de efectivo que no se compara con el que nos dijeron cuando fueron a ofrecernos su servicio para hacernos socios , y la aplicación para checar los saldo en línea igual de ineficaz las pocas personas que la tiene casi nunca pueden ingresar para ver su saldo y los que apenas la vamos a descargar es un problema para que te den una cita para activarla en el banco la verdad una muy mala experiencia en su aplicación, la verdad venimos muchos de afuera del país entonces no hay mucho que podamos hacer por que como quiera no tenemos muchas opciones ni el tiempo para todo ese tipo de trámites,como sugerencia faciliten un poco más a los trabajadores agrícolas que venimos de fuera y den un poco más de asesoría en base a las aplicaciones y cajero ( hablo de la sucursal en quincy Washington) desconozco los servicios de las otras sucursales gracias

  I have utilized many banks, but this Key takes the cake. Let me just say, in most cases (teller/personal bankers help - and the constant overturning of employees, it is almost like walking in, knowing anyone! The Manager was let go, I had a feeling this would happen, strictly because I knew how she worked the system. She was eventually let go, then hired her back, then she walked out, without notice. Regional doesn’t listen, doesn’t really listen to anything - And based on what I have seen, it starts from the top - if the Regional is clueless, so are the branches. FYI - Keep an eye out while applying for a loan, you may find it NEVER was submitted. I enjoy the teller staff, always pleasant. New branch manager has a lot of work ahead of her, but she has a sheer mess on her hands, and she will be set up to fail, based on upper leadership. Several banks in the area! Walk in one of them, including Key. You may understand more after visiting! Good Luck!

  Branch manager told me she changed my account to a Key advantage when in fact she forgot. When I went to open a savings account the Mose Lake Branch informed me the account wasnt changed. After much ado about the fact that I was lied to when I was told it was changed I was told that the Quincy manager forgot to change it. Today the manager from quincy called me to pleed her case. She took zero responsibility nor did she apologize for it. When I stated " you haven't even apologized " she stated " if that's what you need to feel better " . Shes rude , unprofessional and condescending. Two branches in Grant county and Key Bank hires people like this ? I'm more than likely moving my account to a different bank. Adios Key Bank

  Just some constructive criticism. I have used Key as one of my banks for the last eight years. I have seen phenomenal customer service at the Quincy location in the past! However, I am recently noticing a weak link at this location with one of the Teller’s attitude and customer service skills.
