Now Adelina (who set up the account and claimed someone didn't tell me correctly) tells me I must direct deposit $5,000 per month to have the fee waived yet they have a Key Advantage plan that charges no fees with any size direct deposit. People what is wrong with this picture??? The difference? The higher deposit gets you free checks. Really? I can buy a lot of checks for $50/month. On hold for 8+ minutes after calling 4 times. Anyone else have this problem with Quincy?

Then a few months past and i was getting overdue credit card payments even after giving them my credit card with payment the money was going into my bank account. I overheard them make jokes about people who had bank accounts with them. Know that i look back i can see why that person was having problems.
