- EPElizabeth PappasOct 8, 20251.0Iv been going here for years know all the tellers. Today I went in I was helped by Maria someone who Iv never been helped by. I make business deposits for a company, today I deposit money I count it before giving it to the teller with that being said after leaving I notice one receipt is $100 short so I go back to fix it she has to count her whole drawer and of course it’s nowhere to be found. I count my money before giving it to the teller for a reason I 100% believe Maria pocked the money putting my job as risk. From the beginning she was very passive aggressive and the manager that was on shift was rude to me as well trying to make me feel bad for trying to fix the mistake before losing my job. Update 10/9/25 the day after it happened. The bank called my work and told them they will not accept our business deposits at that location, so instead of just moving forward or being apologetic my work gets penalized. Mind you I didn’t yell, make a scene, threaten them, or act any type of way.. just talking in a calm voice all I wanted was answers. Mind you Iv had a different Wells Fargo miss count and they had to count their drawer again no problem the money was found and we moved forward but this Wells Fargo no longer will take my works business deposits?

The lady, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, said “oh you can go to the ATM to get cash.” Obviously we know that but the amount requested is more than she is able to withdraw from the ATM. When this was explained to her, she said “you can come back to the ATM tomorrow for 2 separate transactions.” If we wanted to go through the trouble of doing that, we would just wait in the line that takes OVER 90 MINS to get through. I understand, COVID times. However it’s difficult to get an appointment as needed. Also other banks aren’t this terrible. Others are more reasonable. I’ve ALWAYS disliked Wells Fargo but this has made it more unbearable.
