They are nice and kind but they are too nosy into your personal life Jesus Christ. It makes me really uncomfortable when they do this, sometimes it makes me want to reply back to them with "Don't worry about it or are you really required to ask me that ? " Some customers just like to be asked how are you and they reply with I am good that's it. Some customers just want to get their errands done and go on about their day without REALLY TELLING YOU WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE WHICH IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. Seriously some of the tellers here lack professionalism, being too nosy into customers personal life is really unnecessary, abnormal and unprofessional. I would listen to a teller talk about themself rather than them being too nosy into my personal life. Like seriously is this what is going to the bank about ? Customers go the bank to do their financial errands NOT orally express their personal statement to a teller who is suppose to help the customers get their financial errands done rather than ask them really personal questions plus get weirdly curious about what they do in their personal life ? like JUST STOP OKAY. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT THEY DO IN THEIR PERSONAL LIFE . YOU ARE NOT GETTING PAID TO ASK ME REALLY PERSONAL QUESTIONS AND GET SO NOSY INTO MY PERSONAL LIFE . I will maturely and clearly call out the teller next time straight to their face if I experience this kind of unprofessionalism from them one more time. US bank tellers ask simple, courteous greeting questions that don't go so deep into the customer's personal life or aren't too nosy. They also show respect towards keeping Customers personal life private and not overheard/ eavesdropped by other customers. Today's visit just reached my limit. I will not tolerate this kind of unprofessionalism ( asking too personal questions and getting too nosy into customers personal life ) anymore.
