- JMJody McKnightFeb 17, 20221.0I have banked here for 18 years. The Spanaway and Tacoma branches are amazing! Since moving to Puyallup we have had nothing but issues with the South Hill branch. The customer service is horrible at best. They are slow and rude. Every time I have to go to the bank there is another issue, from not being able to cash checks, to my card being flagged for fraud in THEIR ATM, to waiting 15 minutes to cash two checks. Even though it will be a massive pain, I am now looking for another bank and will close my accounts just as soon as I can. @TimberlandBank, you should talk to your people in South Hill.

We have been trying to get ahold of him for weeks with no response. Communication is pretty important when doing a home loan. I would avoid using Timberland Bank or at least the Puyallup branch.
