    Don't get a check from a CD or account closure from them on a Saturday and expect to deposit it in your bank same day. They dated my check for the next week and it was a massive inconvenience to me. Exactly why I dont bank with Keybank.

    Nadia was super disrespectful. (She works at the entrance desk) I came in to simply ask a question about my account. She was on the phone for at-least 8 minutes when I arrived. There was a line of waiting people. Then when she hung up she said “you can come up now” with an attitude. She threw down sticky notes when she was trying to tell me just to call the KeyBank line. I told her no I wanted to speak to someone here please. Her attitude was terrible. She got on her computer and continued to waste time asking if I could come back later I told her I couldn’t because I have to go to work and she once again got annoyed and rude and said “what about tomorrow then”. Honestly her attitude ruined my mood. I went in fine and came out feeling disrespected. This behavior is unacceptable Nadia.

    It's my bank. I gotta like it I guess. Haha actually the people are nice and genuine, also everyone is very helpful even when Someone is having an off day. I love this bank:
