- HSHannah StuartJul 2, 20252.0Difficult to get in touch with even during business hours. On 3 different days, I called during business hours and it rang through to voicemail several times. Also found that I had to put forth a lot of effort (multiple phone calls and multiple visits to the branch) to get a task done that should've only taken one visit. Overall felt pretty frustrated with my experience here and will be trying a different branch in the future, if not switching to a totally different bank if I continue to have issues.
