I came in with two checks, but they only cashed one. For the second check, the manager herself called the wrong company for verification — not the company I actually work for. When I politely asked her to contact my real employer instead, she refused and said there was nothing else she could do. She also said she couldn’t disclose who she had called, even after I explained multiple times that she had the wrong business. This was handled completely unprofessionally, especially coming from the branch manager. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Unbelievable service for a customer who’s been coming here for years. Definitely do not recommend.
