They somehow knew and welcomed me by name. They were so friendly and actually talked to you. Now it's like slightly irritated robots.

But this branch excels and I give all the credit to fantastic leadership. Kathy and her team are top-notch. If I walk in on any given day, I know that Leslie or Jody or Jessie (anyone really) will be there to greet me with a smile and be helpful. And my homie Kellan! He's been a blessing in my life and in my family's life. Yes, I have been able to text Kellan and he'll come in the next day and immediately start working on something on my behalf, like loan paperwork. WSECU in Olympia may not know who I am but they sure do here and without going into details, Kellan has been able to bridge that gap a few times. But enough about my bromance with Kellan :)... This is a great banking experience. And it's because of the great people.
