P1FCU is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative. We have grown to now serve members in 19 counties in Idaho, 8 counties in Oregon and the entire state of Washington. We were organized by a group of individuals with the desire to make lending more readily available for employees of Potlatch Forests, Inc. Over 80 years later we are staying true to our organizational values while servicing members in a tri-state region.

    I've gone with p1fcu because they keep servicing of my mortgages, and they have generally been good but have gotten worse lately. Their mortgage website sometimes won't load, it has auto pay issues that you can't do a partial payment for to fix online, and when I called and got through the automated system I was on hold for 30 minutes when I just hung up. This is bullshit. If you are not going to let me pay online have enough operators. Also their hold music and repeating message that they will get to me soon is like nails on a chalkboard. Update: I went in person and the teller or was very helpful in getting it straightened out, but I would prefer no after hours support over being on hold for over an hour, and I don't know why they have such confusing and problematic systems if they have more money from me than they need...

    I will never leave P1FCU, my family and I say why didn’t we ever go here first.😊 very welcoming with a smile, treat you with kindness and make sure you are happy.     This morning I received a call that last week, someone had made a burner card copy of my business card and withdrawn $400 at an ATM. They informed me that the money was already on its way back into the account, they already issued me a new card in the mail, and they already filed a police report with the video footage of the culprit. The money was in my account by noon today. I couldn't run fast enough to leave them a review, and I'm encouraging my employees to open their personal accounts with P1FCU. HIGHLY recommend!

    Male teller #1647 was pushy for you to bank there while transferring money to kids' accounts and transferring money into the wrong account. TERRIBLE service Will be driving to Moscow or Lewiston for a competent teller. I dread this teller every time I go in.
