Without any prior notice, explanation, or communication, my account was abruptly closed. This lack of transparency is both unprofessional and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I am certain there was a remaining balance in the account at the time of closure. Yet, I have received no information about the disposition of those funds. I trusted Banner Bank with my finances, and this experience has left me feeling ignored, disrespected, and deeply concerned.
