- WCW CDec 29, 20211.0Waited in drive through for over 45 mins with only one car in front of me. Lobby not open, No explanations, no signs. The worst customer service experience when I finally got to the window by teller, Natasha, who seemed to think this was ok. This is not the first time experiencing horrible service at this location. Certainly time to consider an alternative bank.

They never answer their phone and you have to wait weeks to get an appointment for things any teller should be able to do. No banker could show me how to send money internationally. I am literally shocked they are still in business.
