- WFWilla-Jo Wonder-Pug & FriendsOct 15, 20245.0Emelia was so awesome... so they don't have a change counting machine at this branch(super weird!) and usually they won't accept change unless it's already rolled, but as there was 2 tellers on duty, she made an exception and helped me put it in all their little change tray things! Everyone was super nice and it's a very pretty bank!

They never answer their phone and you have to wait weeks to get an appointment for things any teller should be able to do. No banker could show me how to send money internationally. I am literally shocked they are still in business.

When their misinformation results in an incredible loss of your funds, they do not claim accountability and you will have to find a way to get your money back yourself. NEVER BANK HERE!
