Columbia was a really good bank until they merged. Update 06/24/23: the wife lost her wallet and she had to cancel it, she called in to get a new one and they PROMISED they would process it on that Saturday. Needless to say it didn't get processed until Wednesday 4 damn days later! Then I had to deposit money into my account and I asked the person behind the counter if we can transfer funds between her account and mine, he says yes you should be able to. Nope wrong again everytime we tried it said something was wrong with my account. We are now with BECU!
