This new crew has no good customer service and always seem bothered and last two times I've gone in they just waste my time and are of no help. Will be driving out of town this branch is no good

Now we have to incure fees from other ATM use AND Wells Fargo to use them or drive AT LEAST 45 MINS OR MORE to get to a woking bank!!! Over a year is not temporary!!!! Don't apologize with words. Fixing the issue would be a real apology!! If you can't make it easier to get to a bank don't charge late fees when we can't
- KBKen BJan 2, 20211.0Branch is closed due to the pandemic, this review covers now and pre pandemic times. The ATM at this branch is broken CONSTANTLY!!! Over 50 percent of my attempted uses this atm is out of service or having some other problem. When there were employees in the branch they could not care less about the problem and did not seem concerned with rectifying the problem. Multiple phone calls to Wells Fargo about the issue have done nothing to improve the problem. Just open an account with Navy Federal, their atm accross the street works perfectly all the time.
