- MPMike ParkerJul 13, 20181.0This is my "branch of origin" from when I lived in Port Orchard. The first couple of years, Key was fine. However once i moved away it became more difficult to get things done. Now, I live in Arizona and had an issue, so called the 800 number. I was told they cant help me, I have to call my branch of origin. Passed up the chain and no resolution as I am told the issue has to be handled at the higher levels so I'm told to call the 800 number. Played as the ping pong ball for a couple of exchanges only to find out that branches use one computer system, customer support uses a totally different one that doesn't communicate with the branches. Now I'm told if I go to any branch they can help me. Well, the nearest branch is 850 miles away, so how is that supposed to work? Online banking is a joke with them. Avoid them and get a Credit Union. At least then you are more than just a number.
