I called on him on several occassions and he has always been helpful, and was not afraid to help a beginner advisor. I have also talked with his clients on occassion, through chance meetings, and I have seen first hand his outstanding care for his clients, always keeping their interests ahead of his own. Although we work at competing firms anyone who chooses Jay as their advisor is choosing among the best.
