  I love coming to this branch I always have such a good experience with one of the tellers. Her name is hard to pronounce but shes young and has dark hair. I was with columbia bank and with the merge nothing has changed, everything is still the same and the all the staff is very friendly

  If I could rate a lower star amount I would. Originally I was with Columbia bank. When I opened a new checking account, the merge between Columbia Bank and umpqua was just starting. I was lucky enough, to land a job working on a cruise ship where I did not need to bank with them any more. After a fast departure to my new job I was told that my account would automatically close if there was no activity. Over the course of almost two years, I had insuccient funds charged to my checking account until I was taken negative, where then they proceeded to hit my account with over draft fees on top of that. The bank knew that I could not receive mail, that was the cruise ship policy, and while they continue to hit my account every week/month there was no form of communication through phone calls or even email, which both were on file. Instead they finally closed it when it reached -$250 and slapped a lein on my name restricting me from ever opening up another account anywhere in the us until I paid a total of $321. I was forced to pay these predatory amounts in order to start a new bank in the state of wyoming where I currently reside now. For a bank that preaches a "Strong checking account" my experience, has been very unjust, with no one I could even talk to to try and fix the situation. My only advice is to be careful, and don't let use predatory tactics with your money. Overall I would put my experience as just as bad if not worse than wells Fargo, and would highly encourage any other bank out there.

  This branch has no customer services what so ever. We have been banking with them for about 2 years. I interacted several times with staff and get the same unwelcome feeling every time. This last time my boss went to the bank to make a deposit and he was met by the branch manager confronting him in the lobby about a situation that should have been delt with in an office not the lobby. (very unprofessional) After this we will be changing to a different branch or a different bank.

  I have always been happy with the service at Columbia Bank. In more than one occasion they have caught fraudulent attempts to charge to my account. They have done well at protecting my account. I would recommend them as a good place to bank.

  My parents have banked here since Columbia Bank took over. We have had nothing but excellent service every time we go in there. The staff in knowledgeable and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about this bank.
