I moved out of state several years ago, but WSECU has always been good to me. I recently got a loan for a used car and they were fantastic to work with.

How dare you, belittle a senior citizen, lie to her and then use "fraudulent funds" to pay her credit card payment to you? If I had come into the bank with her this would be a whole different conversation. If google would let me give negative stars I totally would. What ever happened to - discussing an issue in privacy instead of in front of every single person in the damn bank? are we not supposed to allow seniors some dignity? hands down worst customer service ever, I am embarrassed for you.

Thank Duke has excellent customer service, she made getting my vehicle refinanced fast and painless, was super friendly. There aren't words to truly express how much I appreciate her diligence and hard work. Definitely keep her
Edit 1/10/25 i still stand by Thanh being great, originally today she told me I was approved to finance my vehicle and a credit card with a 15k limit, which made me happy, only to call me back and tell me in the end I was denied based on my ability to make legal tax deductions being counted against my total monthly income lowering to a point in their eyes where I'm making a fraction of what I actually take home. I've never been late or missed a payment and my credit rating is "very good" rating. It's pretty disappointing to be asked to come back and do business and then have to take a hit on my credit because I was lied to. Probably gonna wanna take my business elsewhere if this is how you treat new customers
Edit 2: it feels pretty insulting to immediately send me an advertisement about car loans after turning me down on a refinance on my second car (2014 q5) that costs half as much as my first refinance (2016 mercedes sprinter) which was approved quickly and easily and without hassle 30days ago.
