If I had come into the bank with her this would be a whole different conversation. If google would let me give negative stars I totally would. What ever happened to - discussing an issue in privacy instead of in front of every single person in the damn bank? are we not supposed to allow seniors some dignity? hands down worst customer service ever, I am embarrassed for you.
