- OCOlivia CutlerJul 3, 20252.0Love this bank and I know it’s not the workers of the bank making this decision but charging $3 for a monthly paper statement is RIDICULOUS. Why not just take away automatic paper statements and when someone asks about it then bring up that it cost $3 not an AUTOMATIC $3 CHARGE! Cuz people don’t already have enough stuff to worry about now they have to find time to go into the bank and change their preferences. And yes I know it can be done on the mobile app but not everyone has access to that. Stupid idea!

My brain was exhausted and even the smaller financial decisions seemed overwhelming. AJ was so patient, positive, and understanding. Once we finished the estate business, she suggested we look into my finances. We ended up greatly streamlining and improving my accounts too. Left feeling so much lighter and more ready for the future. Am grateful that I pulled into WSECU that day. They even had a car charger for me. This is what in-person banking should always be.
