  Wells Fargo Black Blvd Branch could be doing a lot better. They know how to smile, say please and thank you quite fine. Also, they try hard to solicit your business (with me anyway). However, they frequently drop the ball with other services and communications. I have now wasted two 50 mile trips to pick up foreign currency before departing on a major overseas trip. The currency was not there as promised the first time. This morning - wow - the manager Lisa told me that she was trying to help “pry the vault open”. YIKES! This does NOT inspire confidence, and not calling us to tell us they can’t give us our money, again, on time as promised - does NOT inspire trust. A simple phone call or text or email to alert us would have sufficed. Instead, all I got was “it’s not my fault. I was scheduled to come in late.” I think WF can and should do better.

  This is another location that I have had tellers lie to me and say they have removed the overdraft protection. Only for me to keep being charged! Over 3 years I have been trying at my local locations to get this turned off. I have been lied to told its off, only to keep being charged subscription fees. Then I go the Sleater Kinney branch and Miguel the manager gaslight me telling me its all my fault for not getting the subscriptions cancelled even though I told him I've tried canceling them(notoriously hard to get through to a live person to get them cancelled.) Miguel took no accountability for the tellers at his branch or others saying they had removed the overdraft protections, and Miguel even went as far to say that wasn't something they were able to do at all. Also told him how I have had multiple of the tellers tell me they have fixed it only for it to keep happening. He kept trying to gaslight me and say its all my fault. Ronnie you responded to my last review for sleater kinney this is another branch ive been to and asked they stop allowing charges to charge through with no money. The associates i spoke to here(atleast four seperat occasions) assured me the overdraft protections were turned off and nothing further will overdraft my account. Only for it to continue to be overdrafted! No it's not just a matter of standard over draft fees. We have been trying to stop Wells Fargo from allowing charges with no money in the account since our previous joint account 4 years total of being lied to and told its stopped just to keep being charged again and again. This is predatory and unethical business practices. Im literally on the phone with customer service canceling my debit card and filing another complaint on your associates lying to me, gaslighting me, and by lying to me continuing to allow me to be robbed by passing things through with no money. Putting me in dire financial straights that nearly cost me my home as I live paycheck to paycheck, and had to scramble for community resources to be able to make rent in May, and June because of the charges, and all the overdrafts that kept getting passed through.

  They never answer their phone. I called 3 times and no on answers. Only option is to make an appointment and even then it's days out to do so. Horrible banking service so far.

  These people are the nicest tellers and bankers I have met! ;-) So friendly and helpful! They will greet you immediately and make small talk. They're extremely efficient at the teller line as well.
