    Terrible 10 out of 10 do not recommend for loans. Started with twin star just as bad. The app is a pain to navigate. Customer service was terrible. Finally set up my auto only for them to pull 10 days before the date I set up. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.

    Absolutely horrible. Run the other way. So when I first moved to town over 12 years ago, I got an account with TwinStar. They were a great local credit Union Intel about 4 or 5 years ago when they started consistently getting downhill. I'm not sure why. I have had major problems with them on my motorcycle and auto loans, and they also screwed my daughter out of a lot of money in her account. Then they got bought out by another company. Ever since the buyout it has been absolutely horrible. Immediately after the official takeover, we couldn't get into our online accounts. We were not forewarned. On payday yesterday neither me nor my admin could get into our accounts. I run two businesses. They also without asking permission or warning first, merged all of my personal and business accounts into one account. So now when my business admin log on to reconcile accounts, they see my personal accounts as well. This is completely unacceptable. I called and tried speaking with someone who was unapologetic, barely spoke English, and I reset my password (this morning). This afternoon, it doesn't work. Here's an update, I did speak with somebody who was pleasant, and seemingly somewhat helpful, although she honestly couldn't answer several of my questions and she claimed to be in management. Now at the end of the next month just before my people need to do payroll, I am unable to log into my account, I phoned that manager today and left a message with her this morning. I have not heard back yet and it's now almost 9:00 p.m.. this is ridiculous. Honestly I would have already pulled out all of our accounts which we have several, except for the fact that it would be a royal pain in the rear end to have to get new checks. Get new venmo get new cash app, everything for our business. It is incredibly disrespectful and uncaring what these people have done to everyone who has accounts with what used to be TwinStar. Run the other way.
