- JJJosephAug 26, 20251.0Got an account here to build my credit, years later I realize they put debt collectors out without any notice to collect 53 dollars from fees I didn't know about because my business account didn't have over 1,000 dollars in it. Also when I tried paying it off at a different branch then this one they didn't send the money to the "back office" and I had to pay it again to the "back office" directly.

I went down to the bank with my mom to cash her check and they said they cannot cash it but they just will deposit it into my account without even looking through the check. Now they closed my account due to the check that they told me that its okay to deposit it into my account. and I went down again with my mom today to get her checks back and they said they cannot and they told me to go get a new one from where the check came from. My dad went to the place where they send the check from and they told him that the check had already cashed. Big regrets opening a account with this bank.

Good lesson, banks are people who steal from the poor to give to the rich. Open an account for a kid and was promised this and that and he could learn all about banking with just a couple hundred dollars. Next thing you know the kid is hit with fee after fee until he's overdrawn. Fvck Key Bank and everyone that works for this thieving company.

I've brought my husband's check in to cash and deposit, no problem. I send my husband to cash and deposit my check, that's a problem! So now I have to endorse my check to my husband to cash and deposit. EXCEPT today! I endorsed my check to my husband, who's on the account, yet they wouldn't cash and deposit it! So sick of the every other time rules!
