Honestly, Timberland was a great choice for me. They made me feel like family almost right away, and I couldn't be happier for all of my regular banking needs (Checking, Transfers in/out, ATM, CD's, Zelle and On-line Banking). Everything runs very smooth, quick and efficient ... and everyone is friendly and helpful.

My grandmother recently passed away and my name was on her account and when I tried to have money transferred out to pay her bills I was told that it was too suspicious because they have never heard from me before. Supposedly they hadn’t called me several times (which I never received) and even with all my information and knowing that I live on the other side of the country and had no way of coming in the the bank itself still would not let me do anything with my own account because apparently I’m too suspicious. The account will be closed right away and I will never have an account with this bank again and I hope that no one else is treated with the disrespect that I was treated with.
