- IMIan MilatzJan 23, 20181.0Their atm swallowed my card. When I went in to see about getting a new one the lady was extremely rude with 0 customer service etiquette. They said there was nothing they can do and that it "probably did it for a reason". Chase does not instant issue cards they must be mailed so I'm stranded in ocean shores. The nearest one is Aberdeen and I don't have the gas to get there.
