Everyone here is really attentive to your presence (I've never been ignored nor have I waited longer than a few seconds before being acknowledged), and Dakota in particular is just a rockstar human being who's become a friendly face whenever I need to make a visit! I can tell he enjoys his job and also loves interacting with customers, as well as his coworkers. I never knew that making a bank deposit could result in me feeling happier for the rest of the day. Awesome branch here in Newcastle! :)
