Its a good bank if you're super lucky and nothing bad ever happens to you, but if you're not, like me, then this is NOT the bank for you. My debit card was stolen and some fraudulent activity appeared on my account. They closed the account right away so I didn't lose any money which was great. They also said I could open a new acct. but about a week after I did just that and put 300 into it, I tried to enroll in online banking and was told I needed to visit the branch to enroll. At the branch I was then informed that they wanted to "end our relationship." I was livid especially when they were trying to not let me have the money I had deposited into my new acct. After almost an hour of sitting on hold with the fraud dept. I was finally able to get my money and be done with this nightmare. I would understand if I personally had done something fraudulent but I was a VICTIM and they made it a thousand times worse treating me the way they did. I will NEVER use KEYBANK ever again and I will make a point to inform as many people as possible to do the same. You can't treat people the way they treated me. There's no excuse for that.

Got told "sorry I am new" instead of my question being answered if there where any changes to the company regarding deposits. I understand you are 6 months new but you didn't answer my question and I had to use the atm outside because I didn't have the account number. I understand I need the account number but I had her debit card and pin. Just the lack of communication and clarity was a bit off putting.
