Went into bank with a 2 year old and the bank lady took such good care of my family helping us open up 2 new accounts. They let me use the employee bathroom to change my toddler and I really appreciated that! We will be staying with Key bank. No weird fees. good customer service.

July 3rd 2024 I went in to the moses lake branch and I had an incident with the manager. So, the manager got out of her office and came to the teller line and didn't acknowledge myself or any of the clients. She approached the teller line and she ignored all of us again. She was with a client and said hi to the drive thru. Once the manager finished helping the client and drive thru she told myself and the clients, "I'll be with you guys in a minute" in a very sarcastic tone and she left the teller line again. Once she came back to the teller line she looked at me very snarky and she said, "now I can help you" and then I said, "I will go to the next teller". The teller that helped me was very kind and respectful and the tellers didn't know what was going on because they were in the back. I felt very humiliated by the branch manager. And also the customers that witnessed everything saw the ugliness that came from the branch manager. But once she helped those clients her mood changed from being sick to sweet and it made me feel nauseated. Once I left the branch the branch manager said, "bye, have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone.

Horrible place to bank. I opened my account in Wenatchee and they where amazing. Helpful and never ran into any issues. Moved here to Moses and it wasn’t even a month into banking here and they messed up my deposit along with many other things. The new manager lady is not patient and rudely shooed me out of her office when I was trying to resolve an issue. I do not recommend this branch to anyone unless you don’t care about losing money here and there

I opened a keybank account when I started my business , over a year ago. I tried every other bank in Moses ,and the tellers treat you terrible. Walking into keybank and being greeted and helped... they make you feel like family. They have helped me to financially plan for my business and huge family. Hats off to the keybank family and business. You guys are great!
