  The manner in which I was treated at your branch today is unacceptable. I visited the branch to cash a check drawn on your bank, which had previously been declined by my bank due to problems on the issuer’s side. When I arrived, the tellers were initially polite. However, their attitude changed once they reviewed my endorsement. They refused to cash the check on the grounds that it had been endorsed to my bank for mobile deposit. I offered to strike out the endorsement and initial it myself since thats what you do with legal documents, in order to facilitate the transaction, a reasonable request under the circumstances Timberland put stop payment on this check previously then later said the checks could be deposited. Rather than consider this compromise, the teller responded with annoyance, raised her voice at me, and refused to proceed with the check cashing. I snatched my check from her hands and said a few choice words myself because this is not customer service or how you talk to or treat people. This behavior was unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect particularly by an institution whose business depends on public trust especiallyin a small town. I subsequently left and went to your Olympia / Tumwater branch, where the check was cashed without objection; the staff there resolved the issue with a single phone call to the issuing bank. It is disappointing that the Monte branch refused to even attempt a reasonable solution, and did so in a manner that I found demeaning. A review the conduct of your staff should be in order. Based on this interaction I would never bank here and will reccomend family that does bank here move institutions.

  bro i love this bank it has candy and coffee (which is funny because until i've had my eeffoc) and people here are very nice 🤑🤑🤑🤑 67/10 picture of george walker bush unrelated (i just like him)

  I’ve had an account with Timberland Bank for years. Recently I needed to stop in the Timberland Bank in Montesano, Washington, and I wasn’t surprised by the excellent service that I received there. I usually use Timberland Bank in Ocean Shores and the service there is always warm and welcoming too!
