There was a severe lack of communication, respect and countless ignored phone calls from us and our realtor. Only when we reached out to her supervisor did we finally receive a call back. When we reached out to another Umpqua branch, we received a call from Erin starting "you can't do that" and refused to transfer our information to the other branch. Our closing lasted far longer than it should have due to her mistakes, she refused our request for obtaining a copy of our credit report and we finally moved in several weeks AFTER we were supposed to which, in turn, caused our insurance to be higher than it should have been which now we have to pay the difference for.
