- CBchuck bakerJun 16, 20201.0Tried to call the branch directly several times so that I can make an appointment to go inside to cash a check that they are requiring me to go inside but can't get ahold of anybody to be able to make that appointment in person keep getting directed to go on the web page or get routed to a call center visually standing outside looking into the building can see bankers at their desk not on the phone. trying to call get routed to call center they purposely have their phones switched so they don't have to answer them
