- BJBryan Mund JrJul 25, 20241.0Working with Desiree has been a nightmare from the start. In a meeting in the beginning she suggested that l ask my partner, who I am not married to put money into the account. The whole meeting was a bad vibe, but to me that came off as really inappropriate to ask. I told them that I would reach out when I have extra money to contribute. After that they would not stop calling and emailing me, and eventually started texting me. I finally responded asking them to close my account, and instead of doing so they transferred my account to the corporate office. It is in a different time zone and had been a complete disaster trying to get the money. I no longer have access to anything online, and originally requested that my account be closed in February. I requested it again with the corporate office in May. They claim to have sent that check but all I have received was a check for less than 20 cents.
