    Horrible experience at KeyBank today. I made an online appointment for a notary, but the manager Supriya Chandrayan was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She clearly didn't want to honor the appointment and made the entire process difficult for no reason. They started telling lies and said that they can't see appointments made online. They also said that the person doing notary left earlier today. Instead of letting me know beforehand, they started telling me that I should've called to make the appointment instead of making it online. A bank manager should set the standard for customer service, but here they are the reason I’m looking for a new bank. Don't bother making an appointment; they don't respect your time.
