I did as the letter instructed with a "successful" response. I went to use it and it wouldn't work. I did it for a second time with a "successful" result. I went to pay my auto loan and it would not work. Calling this bank is a nightmare. I made an appointment to go in and met with Frank. I explained my dilemma six times and he didn't listen whatsoever. After each time I spoke, he asked "what can I do for you today"? We used to do all our banking with Wells Fargo and then we switched. We are grateful for the auto loan but if I had a choice, I will never use them again.

Tami the manger went out of her way to help me today, and spend over a solid hour figuring every way she could credit back fees, clear checks with holds. This is the first review I have ever written, I don’t take time out of my day to ever do this, but I figured I needed to pay it forward. The most helpful bank ever!!!
